It looks like Peterson and Gerald Butts have been having a 2 year olds pissing match on Twitter, with Peterson calling Butts corrupt, Butts throwing a hissy fit and threatening to sue, and Peterson saying bring it on.

I know he's not qualified. That much is obvious. But he certainly seems to believe that he's qualified.
It seems to me that nearly all other academics are very careful to distinguish between their public, professional opinions (within their narrow scope of expertise, typically expressed through academic paper writing) and their personal opinions (which they're of course entitled to hold, but are typically expressed primarily to friends and family in person or on private social media accounts). Obviously, that is not what Peterson is doing.

Peterson has taken a turn and it’s brutal man. I don’t know if it’s reality or not, but it seems to me when his daughter became his ‘manager’ and they developed a ‘brand’ it’s gotten way out of hand. Sad to see how who I once considered pragmatic and motivating become a sort of messianic caricature.
I don’t know, I guess if someone wants to make music all the power to them. Try not to get too bogged down in someone’s creative outputs I guess.
