Kicking tires on a time burning idea ...
Wife came up with it.
When we know the season is done I set up a schedule based on either the 24 team proposal or the standings when the league shut down and post a game topic for each playoff series with a vote.
The next day the East goes.
Back to the West. Each series game by game gets a voted winner in a 7 game series.
We vote winners through to a next round and keep it going to a cup winner.
Too much? Good idea?

I would agree.
But with running all the series at least there would be disputes on other teams and some discussion.

Can you somehow run a game simulation? Have someone run a game on an xbox (I have no idea, I don't plat video games).
Run each game in each series, and see who comes out on top?

I think CP can do a better job. Flames had 102 shots on net last night when the devils simulated the game.

Not sure if that's a general drop in interest with the world in chaos or an indifference to this idea.

I like the idea of a debate...then run the game on an Xbox simulation. Get some nerd to live stream it to the web.

I think we can do both.
Any volunteers for the simulation? We could vote each game, and have a simulation for each game. Would give us two results.
