I was listening to some Bowie today. An amazing artist, his contribution to music is immeasurable. RIP.

I'm at a loss for words. He was just incredible and his music holds many dear memories for me. Growing up listening to his music on the radio, cassettes in the car, the music videos, rediscovering stuff that wasn't as popular but as great or better than his pop tunes. He was a genius, plain and simple. The world lost a great one. R.I.P.
These celebrity deaths usually don't get to me too much, but I'm actually feeling feelings for this one. Was always a Bowie fan. Tons of great tunes and just the coolest cat pretty much ever. Didn't even know he was sick.
RIP

He began his popular career as a big F U to an A-Hole Manager that "owned" his obscure music in the 70's and very early 80's... David Bowie was a true talent who was loved by millions. I wish your family the best and I know you'll live on because your music will never die. Radio waves are as cool as you.
