I'll be sure to give an extra special twist on my allen key the next time I work on my bike. Goodbye, and thanks for all the tools.

The name matches up, so I have to assume yes, yes he did.

I look at Allen, Jobs, Gates, and Wozniak as the pioneers of PC's. Two of them have perished relatively early compared to the average person. It's just something I noted when someone said Allen was pretty young.

Sure, but Phillips can go to hell.
A real shame about Paul Allen, though. We need more people like him in the world.

I'm not sure what the relevance was, but the poster below you said it best: "ok?"
Jobs also decided to treat what was considered a very slow-moving and treatable form of cancer with alternative nonsense medicine. Had he not done that, it's probable that he'd still be alive today. Allan was battling non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of which 70% of patients survive 5 years or longer... for ten years. He clearly didn't make the same mistake.

He had a recording studio fully staffed at all times on one of his yachts. He also had a submersible that you could SCUBA out of because he didn’t like jumping off a boat.
