I didn't watch Hall much in his earlier years.. was he considered a floater? I definitely haven't seen that at all.
He honestly reminds me a lot of Jarome Iginla. Tough, lays guys out, good positioning, faster than Iggy for sure and a laser shot.

I don't think Taylor Hall's ever been a floater. But he's often been turnover prone at the worst moments.

Hall was also prone to making very poor decisions with and without the puck that led many to think he was not a smart player. He has come a long way to correcting that perception.
