Dude...the Jason Bourne 'shaky cam' nonsense is one of my biggest cinematic pet peeves.
They invented the 'steady cam' you clowns....use it!

After catching up on this show I'm not sure where the heavy criticism is coming from. Sure the ship lighting sucks and Amanda Plummer is a little too hammy, but other than that it's classic Trek. It just sucks that it took them 3 seasons to figure out what to do with this show and they wasted Patrick Stewart for 2 of them. At least they're finally able to give the core TNG cast a proper farewell here unlike the steaming pile of #### that was Nemesis
