Yeah I hear you. It's psychological. Why trust a machine when you can see evidence right in front of you? On hardcourt and grass it's not arguable.

I mean, it would be pretty special if Barbora can pull off the rare feat of winning both the singles and doubles title.

Maybe that's why she was so stoic after the win, more business to be done.

I feel like I'm in the minority but I don't like the idea of having a roof in Chatrier, takes away some of the lustre of the event. The French Open has always been a tournament played during the day outdoors and in the heat. It's part of what made it so difficult to win. Now with a roof we get night sessions and matches are starting later than they used to. The men's semi final used to start at 4am MTN I believe and this year it started 3 hrs later.

Felix was up love-40 in the first Cilic service game, but couldn't cash in. He just now saved multiple break points in his own service game.

Both guys have had chances to break, but we remain on serve. Cilic serving to stay in the opening set at 4-5

Welp, Cilic breaks and is serving for the opening set at 6-5.
Edit: Felix breaks back to force a tie-break
Edit 2: Felix starts the tie-break with a double fault and it was all downhill from there as Cilic wins it 7-2. That's 15 straight sets that Felix has lost in ATP finals.

Stefanos has certainly made an impression in this first set. Just look at his shirt if you don't believe me

Greek Yogurt needed to win that opening set to have any chance. Some gutsy tennis after Novak rallied from 2-5 down to have a set point at 6-5.

I wonder if Novak's eyes are bothering him, I see him rubbing them more than usual and he has had problems with his contacts before. Maybe some clay in the eyes.

Yeah, I saw Tsitsipas doing the same thing during the tie-break. I wonder where his emotions are at right now, that was such a monumental win over Rafa, tough to get right back at it after that kind of match.

Novak trying a drop shot about 4 feet behind the baseline and dumping it in the net is a sign of a guy who is getting desperate out there.
