Yeah this is why this format can be very good. Eight excellent teams remain, all in contention. Every game now has added importance and many of the heavyweights play each other.

And hopefully for all of us here...1 more win for Alberta and 2 more for Wild Card and we should have 2 teams from the province in the Playoffs

Hopefully, although have to say I’ve enjoyed watching PEI and Saskatchewan play this week too.

Exactly. Under the old single round robin format by the end of the week you'd be struggling to find important matches as top teams would face teams out of contention. Now every game is huge.

Jones and Homan is the big name matchup in this draw but we’re not seeing a good game. Wish they could switch to one of the other games.

Weird to see Alberta win 7 in a row and now drop 2

Jones can't hit the rings with a draw in the 10th and now she is done.

Going to be a very interesting last draw though. If Homan can finish this game off in extra ends it'll be Carey and Homan at 8-2 and then a three way tie at 7-3 with those five teams plus PEI all playing each other in the last draw.

What a great bounce back game by the province of the WC. Now to see some revenge from provincials to punch their ticket to the weekend

What happens if everyone is 8-3?

So AB plays SK in the 1-2 and Ont. vs N. Ont in the 3-4 I believe.

Homan won the 3-4 game to advance to tomorrow's semifinal.

Chelsea Carey scored 4 in the 7th against Saskatchewan in the 1-2 game.

Based on how the 8th is going, it's looking like Alberta will be in the final tomorrow with Homan and Silvernagle in the semifinal.

From what I saw today, Homan will be tough to beat for either Sask or Alberta.

She was sharp this afternoon, no doubt.

Chelsea was just awful for a while tonight...i think at one point she was curling 42%. She rebounds tomorrow.

Eyelashes has been pretty good all week to though...cant count her out.

Alberta v Ontario final.

Silvernagle just kept giving up killer ends. Great tournament by her high, especially considering it was her first one.
