Current odds have Goffie at -550 for making more posts that include superstar players but Pat is -150 for making posts and actually making a transaction. Odds significantly increase to +600 for Goffie actually making a deal because it's so rare.

Telling the entire league that only 3 GMs have inquired about McDavid only further reinforces the +600 odds a deal will be made because the league knows there is no real intention of Goffie to trade that McDavid fellow.

Prove us wrong Goffie.

GM Dave Penney has been linked to shamed MMA trainer James Krause in bet fixing. League data shows that the Habs have made more deals this season than both the Devils and Sharks combined but GM Penney is trying to skew the odds in his favour to collect on his wager once the Habs deals roll in.

5 days before he's expected to return for injury, GMJD is said to have started taking calls on Mikhail Sergachev.

The 24 year old former 9th overall pick old has a 74ov rating and sits 16th in the NHL amongst dman scoring.

While it's no secret that team has played better with the young star on IR, Jeph Marek chimed in with worries of how Philly fans would react to the stalwart being moved out this early in his career.

Is a plate full of futures and a chance at drafting Bedard enough to entice the GM to move the bright star this close to the Playoffs or will the Flyers choose to keep and extend Sergachev this offseason? Stay tuned!
