It’s our third annual Every Child Matters game, presented by Siksika Health Services in partnership with the Aboriginal Friendship Centre of Calgary, the Blackfoot Confederacy, First Nations Health Consortium, and Siksika Family Services!
Here's what you need to know to celebrate today's game:
Grab an Every Child Matters clapper on your way in, and make some noise all game
Cultural learning from various indigenous organizations on the concourse
Traditional Blackfoot cuisine at the Test Kitchen located at Section 226
Take in traditional dance throughout the game with an on ice performance in the first intermission
Join in on a traditional round dance in the 2nd intermission
Check out the tipis on the West tarmac and at Section 226
