Does anyone remember when Flames Central (that is what it was called right) called themselves Canucks Central that one post season? Yeah, that went over well. Where are they now?

Yeah he's definitely been told he shouldn't fight because of concussion issues. He used to do it a lot and now that he's an NHLer, I doubt he wants to risk it.

I still remember Flames Central refusing to put on a game *During the playoffs* back in 2015 so they could put on a UFC fight. Never gave them my business again

Can you imagine a pub in Boston deciding to go Yankees because NYY were in the POs and Boston wasn't. Or, say, a bar in Philly cheering for the Pens?

I laughed just thinking about it. Like a Buckeye bar in Ann Arbor.
I can imagine them putting the game on since everybody wants to watch the playoffs. Whoever shows up, fine. But to actively try to attract fans of your most bitter rival and offer them discounts, no way.

I took my dad to Jameson's for Breakfast on Sunday and they had a sign out front, promoting the Oilers playoff run, and I talked to the Server and they're going to basically decorate up the bar for the Oilers run.
