What's his TOI like?
I imagine as a rookie they're sheltering him to some degree.
Defensemen take a little more time.

How much PP time is he seeing?
Perhaps the team wants him focusing on his defensive game also.
Sure, it’s a slow start, but that’s a tweet with no substance but stat reading.

This is to the opposite extreme to where many fans were with him before the start of the season.
I like him as a prospect but some were putting him in a similar category as to Parekh.
He had a great season in junior but I think the numbers were a bit misleading.
I still think he can become a good NHLer but he will need a few years in the minors first and doesn't have as big of an offensive ceiling as some were hyping.
Still a solid prospect to have in the system no doubt, I'm lovin' all the D prospects we have accumulated!

We've seen in the past that this organization takes it very slow these days with the youngsters- look at Stromgren and Kerins for example. The same thing that's happening with Bru is happening to guys like Honzek and Bell. I'm not worried.

Luca Cagnoni, 4th round pick in 2023, 19 years old, has 16 points in 16 AHL games.

His production was quite similar to that of Brzustewicz up until this year.

I never understood the Tinordi signing, Jurmo should be playing in the AHL.

Especially since we are carry 2 vets on the Flames already as our 7th and 8th D-men and then swapping in another vet as our 6th d-man.

I feel like tinordi was brought on simply for a veteran presence and some toughness, hes been a pretty physical presence from the games I've watched, even if that's all he really brings... the wranglers d core is pretty young.

I didn't realize that Alex Gallant has been with the Flames for 6 years. Czarnik, Gillies, and Kylington are some of his former teammates on the Heat.

Most 20 years are still pretty small. Give him some time to bulk up with professionals.
Is he getting pp time? Ice time etc? Stats are stats. Positioning etc.

Don't look now, but Brzustewicz has points in back-to-back games now.
