Lol, Darnold is going to set the Browns back another 4-5 years. Hilarious.

Riiiiight.
A 20 YO kid is going to "set back" a team that has gone 15-65 the last 5 years and is 1-31 in the last 2.
Hilarious indeed.

Mmhmm...just like Sanchez, Leinart, and Barkley were can't miss prospects, right? Darnold has way more question marks and red flags than those guys had coming out.

Who said Darnold is a cant miss prospect?
What I am saying is if the Browns take him, he isnt going to be "setting back' anything. He shouldn't even start for them for at least 2 years, but even then only after being mentored by a guy they simply dont have on the roster.
Where he attended college and previous guys who played his position have no bearing on anything either.

If they don't pick another quarterback for 2-3 years because they grab Darnold, and he doesn't pan out, doesn't that delay their rebuild? I would consider that getting set back by most standards. And you're crazy if you think a team like the Browns are going to sit him for 2 years.

The Browns take a QB almost every year...but somehow this time it will set them back? To what? You think they will go 0-32 the next 2 years instead of 1-31?
But more to the point, they have an entirely new front office making these decisions now. As such I really doubt Darnold is their guy, though I dont think there is a lot to choose between any of the guys touted as 1st round QB's, so if they do grab one with one of their picks, its not likely to make a difference who they take.

I kind of consider delaying the rebuild the same as setting you back, but fair point about the Browns other QBs.

Doesn't matter if Haslam is still the owner. That became abundantly clear when they didn't fire Hue Jackson after going 1-31 over the past two seasons. Darnold will be the pick and they're going to ruin him just like they ruin everything.

Quite true, though if Haslam starts going over his head, Dorsey wont stick around long.

I’m predicting a repeat of the last all SEC NC game. Slightly closer than last time but also low scoring. 13-9 Bama. Only 1 major scored all game and it’ll come on defence.

Both teams have some jitters from certain guys to start but both defenses look solid as hell.
Hard to tell but that sounds like one of the loudest stadiums ever. Holy smokes.

For all the deserved pub Nick Chubb gets, if I can only have one give me Sony Micheal. That 3rd and 20 play was awesome.

Big hold there for Alabama. Their offense isn't built for catch up football so important to keep things close.

Jalen hurts sucks ass. Also, Calvin Ridley can’t get to the NFL fast enough. I can’t remember a receiver with so much talent wasted by his own garbage offense.

Wonder if we see a QB change for Bama at halftime. Definitely desperate move but Hurts has been dire.

Well that was somewhat unexpected.
Couldn't have been a better half for Georgia against a very good Bama defense.
Not sure what Saban can come up with as an answer, but they do get the ball first so he best find something to stem what is entirely Bulldog momentum.

Tagovailoa in for Alabama. Hopefully livens the game up a bit.
