No he didn't, the Flames never let up. I am far from GG's biggest fan but he did a fine job this game.

Nah man. No matter how infuriating the coach sometimes is, cheering for losses is pathetic.

No real complaints out of this one. Sure, 2nd point would be nice but get another point or two tomorrow and thats a total success. Very happy to see Brodie have such a good game in a spot he has struggled.

Yeah, the 48 shots on net and multiple high danger chances sure look like a team who's coach is telling them to hang on for the one goal win.
Whatever fits your narrative, buddy.

Hope you pvr'd it. I would consider the best flames 60 minute game of the year. 1 glaring mistake ended up in the flames net.
Every d pair was great. Brodie and Hamilton had their best efforts all season.
With all the negative energy, going into Toronto against one if the better offensive teams in the league, against a goalie who is really on point at the moment, flames fans should be satisfied with the effort.

You can't be serious. That was one of the most exciting games I've watched all year. Flames had tons of great scoring chances and outshot the Leafs 48-29. Andersen stood on his head and is the only reason the Leafs made it to OT.

damn onions

So why are they so hesitant / poor at home??? Makes no sense. They play like they did tonight against Edmonton or Philadelphia and come away with 4 points.

I am not a GG fan but come on he out coached Babcock in this game. Best game I have seen Brodie play. Johnny and Janko should have won it in OT. TO lucky to even get a point.

Well, at least you were true to your word when you said you wouldn’t watch them anymore.
There were others who declared that they were done with this team after the last game and yet they’ve been posting all night tonight in the GT and PGT. Not quite done I guess.

Great game, I loved watching it. Exciting right to the end. My team didn't win but they sure as heck deserved to.
What more can I really ask for?

What is Carey Price's record against us? Shame to play so well and have Andersen stay undefeated. Hope we can play like this tomorrow and we will just have to hope Price stumbles.

they lost a coin flip after dominating the game
Leafs tied it up and Calgary continued to dominate and gave up next to nothing.
This is exactly what everyone has been talking about the last few days...play the same way no matter what happens.

Shootout choices are usually based on who scores when the team practices shootouts. I'm guessing Backlund tends to score more than Janko when they do.
