I am looking to get a new Android phone, but am not sure if I should get one that's out now, or wait for new ones. Anyone have any idea which phones are slated for release for the rest of 2010?

Any recommendations? I'd like a phone with a good physical keyboard if possible.

If the Droid 2 comes out in Canada as the Milestone 2, that might not be a bad place to start looking.

Could be quite some time before we get Milestone 2, if at all. I wouldn't wait for it. That said, we are seriously lacking good physical keyboard phones in Canada, outside of BB.

Yeah that's the thing about phones in Canada - they always get released here way later than other countries and even then there's no telling what actually makes it up here.

A good rule of thumb is to not wait for a certain phone because chances are it isn't coming. And if it does the next latest and greatest batch of phones will be already out in the US and you'll want one of those instead.

I try to check out Android in Canada once and a while for new handsets.

I can't wait until we get an HTC phone running 2.2 with a 4.3"+ screen, sadly it seems like a pipe dream at the moment.
