For each goal this season. We should do it for his career. So many Borks.

Huge congrats to Bouruqe. Was really happy to see him get the trick and I txt every one of my buddies at the game right away to make sure they threw their hats. Guy has played great consistent hockey all year and I dont think anyone could ask of much more from him. Hope he continues this pace. Would be amazing to see him pot 30 this year or something close. Keep up the solid play.

Laughed my ass off 3J3, awsome.

I think they said this on CBC - does Bork lead the league in regular season goals?

BORK BORK BORK!!!

Ice time up from 15 and change to 19 and change in the last five games. 7 goals in 6 games in the same period. Self approves.

More Bork!

Bourque is tied for 28th in the league in goals with the likes of:
Getzlaf, Datsyuk, Semin, Zetterberg, Lecavalier, Clowe, Selanne, Booth

Impressive company to be sure.

I think he should get some serious consideration for the Selke.

He should get some consideration for a contract extension

Awesome pick-up.

I recall touting him back when he was a free agent coming out of Wisconsin. Marc Ciampa knew a bit about him from St. Albert days. Thought he was a solid project the Flames could have picked up at the time.

What's his status? RFA at the end of this season?

BTW, correct me if I'm wrong, but if one takes away Iginla's EN goals, I believe Bourque actually is outscoring Iginla!!!

He's a UFA in summer 2010, we still got 1.5 years, but I'd like to see him extended. I wouldn't blow the budget to sign him, but being a Lac La Biche native and fitting in real well here, I'd think he'd take a home town discount to stay here.

Unbelievable pick-up.

OT but why was Oake shouting the Habs score to him tonight when he was walking away after the interview?

Bourque asked him what happened in the early game.

When the interview started Bourque asked Oake the score in the early game.

Being the professional that he is Oake wasted 20 seconds telling Rene it wasn't important while doing his fake, awkward laugh and then eventually giving in and telling him the score.

The key thing to remember about whatever Oake does is that he is a huge moron and tries to make any situation into the most awkward and creepy interaction possible.

Thanks. Missed that bit at the start.

Yeah, it was definitely an awkward strange moment.

Well the avatar says is all. Love what this kid has brought to the team. Actually considering seeing how much extra it would be to get a Bork! Bork! Bork! name on the #17 jersey that I'm planning to purchase.
