Nothing really exciting on the food front for me except for maybe the butter chicken fries. I love butter chicken although I'm sure this butter chicken will be far from authentic.

The hot foods puzzles me though. It's always hot on the Stampede grounds. I don't get how people want to eat some burning hot deep fried concoction when you are sweating from the heat. Why don't they try to innovate more with the cold foods... Or at least freeze the deep fried foods.

Surprisingly, they often sell out.
If I recall, either last year or the year before they had to substitute crickets on the cockroach pizza because they ran out of cockroaches.
