Default Midi to MP3 Converter

Simple request, I'm just looking for a way to convert my MP3's to Midi files so that i can use them as ring tones on my cell phone.

So any suggestions? Recommendations ?

Freeware would be preferable.

Thanks in advanced.

You cant turn mp3s into midi.

MP3s is audio data.

Midi is 1's and 0's telling something else (soft-synth in a phone or computer, or acutal synth or drum machine) what to do.

Better to just look for the MIDI file. Chances are somone was geeky enough to do an arrangement of it somewhere.

Search for TS-AudioToMidi. It can be done. Not sure how well it would work.
