Talbot stopped 40 shots. Wild are 1 point away from clinching a playoff spot. I thought that Division would be St.Louis, Vegas, and Colorado battling it out.

The Sabres strike back to avoid being swept in the 3 game series against the Bruins. They actually hung on for the victory as the Bruins attempted a furious 3rd period come back by scoring 3 goals in 5 minutes to be just a goal down and out shot Buffalo 22-8 in the 3rd period. Reinhart scored the empty netter and got the hat trick. The Sabres had a rookie in net for his first game in the NHL and Luukkonen stopped 36 shots for the win.

This rookie Kaprizov is fun to watch as he scored 2 goals. He has the Kings number with 6g and 3a in 8 games against the Kings. Talbot also has the Kings number, he has won all 4 games against them.

The Predators win a big game over the Bhawks and are now 5 points up on Chicago for the final playoff spot in the division.
