If I get it for PS3 (Which I think I will, at some point down the road) I'll be in for Goalie and/or D. I had a Superstar 3 with a .800 Save percentage on 12, but I played for a team that never won a playoff game and played at least 300 games so I didn't have too much talent, in drop in games I can usually get over .850 (what's the standard?)

(That is if you need me :P)

EDIT:

I'll reword, I only skimmed the thread.

I'd like to get it for PS3 around the end of September, but if I get it later, am I still viable to join/tryout?

I'd prefer to play goalie but if my skill level isn't high enough I can play Defense quite well. I can usually keep an offensive player stuck up against the boards in 12, but I'm not sure how my skill will transfer to 13. I'd love to come play, I'd like to win some games in EASHL for once, my team sucked big time last game :P

You can try out any time during the season. Just post in this thread when you have the game and are feeling comfortable enough to try out.

I'd like to try out for the team too if possible. I have played every position but I prefer RW, LW, RD or goalie. I was a pretty solid goalie in NHL 12 but I couldn't find a decent club, hopefully they didn't change the goalie mechanics too much this year. I like cycling the puck and setting up goals when I play forward and defense. PSN ID: Conman657

We have tried this for about 3 years now. Year 1 the mic system really sucked, year 2 it was better but caused some lag, year 3 it worked just fine and was very useful but didn't stick.

I believe the mics are great, mostly for the entertainment factor

To the tryouts,

Being that the first month will be packed we will most likely create a room in the Online play and play there. This way we can get up to 12 people playing at once as well as getting credit towards our cards for games played.

I don't have much experience with the EASHL, but I'd love to get into it this year. I'll play whichever position, preferably not goalie though

If it's cool, I'll be tossing my stick into the fray again this season for a try-out. I'll gladly fill any of the 5 main skating positions.

I'm down. If we played late last year, do we have to try-out again this year? PSN: Diabloinferno13

Because we as GM's decided to just open up the team during the final few months of the season we did not actively assess any of the players who joined during that time and just let everyone play vs actually doing tryouts to gain roster players.

Those that played near the end of last season did well and we defiantly want them to tryout for the team this year and become roster players for us.

We also had a few players who tried out and made the team but were not very active after the first month of making the team, so those players are also encouraged to try out again.

No problem. Throw me down for a try-out then.
