I don't even think this comes from management. The Oilers are just that bad, and the roster that shallow, that the coaches all feel this is the only chance they have to win hockey games.

I remember a game at the start of the season 2 years ago. They were down by a goal I think. They played McDavid and Drypissy for the last 5:30.

I had honestly never seen that before. Couldn’t imagine what that locker room would be like.
