I was wondering if the wrtiers of that show are drained after they finish a script for an episode?

I thought it was cool how the story was told via the jeep and then it always blows me away how the circle back to a little part of the show - i.e. the bruce springsteen concert

Well tonight was another tough one. Watching Deja's story was an incredible piece of TV.

It was a nice change from the Big 3 Story line. It really makes you feel bad for actual kids who bounce from house to house.

Bump for Season 3.

First episode was a nice setup into their past.

Supposedly its already someone we've met.

I would say the safe bet is Rebecca, although I don't know if Tes and Rebecca would have been that close to the point she doesn't want to see her.

A nice easy first episode, with a few touching moments. Which is good because season twos finale was a real kick to the feels how they left it off. It was like, yay! Wedding!

Check your PVRs tonight.
It's on at 7pm instead of the regular time.

Well that episode happened. My Birtdate was announced in the draft. Made me really think. Is that how they really did it?

Jack’s always been a Dad.

I heard my birth month and day called in the episode - first time i heard how the draft was really done as well. you can check your date here: https://www.usatoday.com/vietnam-war/draft-picker

The show creators actually used the real dates, check the next day (2 minutes after the brother was born)

I checked to see if my number would have been called, missed it by 1 day. Could you imagine sitting through that, waiting to see if you'll be lucky and not get your birth date called in a bar or with your family.

My Birthdate was #9 and on the show. Never knew the Draft was like that. Thank goodness I’m a girl and born in the late 70s.

My friend's theory is that Kate dies in child birth and the kid is who they are seeing in the future.

I posited that theory (hunch) to my wife as we watched the last episode.

Yes but why wouldn’t they want to see the child? They are reluctant to make this visit, I don’t think they would be so reluctant to see Kate’s child.

Who says it’s a child?
