So does this mean we will be Tuulola in the AHL this year?

At the STH event Treliving said they were going to try and bring him over this year. He said that before he was signed, so I am guessing now that he is signed, that is their intention.

A solid frame, a prototypical power-forward type. Goes hard to the net. Creates space for smaller players. Middle 6 potential.

I am excited. Pure RW with a bomb shot and some sizzle in the attitude department. Just needs speed development. IMO, if he can Rasmus Andersson style upgrade his skating, we got another NHL player.

How has he progressed since being drafted? I assume pretty well since they signed a former sixth round draft choice?

51 gp 26 points (16g, 10a) in his first year in Liiga.
60 gp and 36 points (13g, 23a) in year 2 in Liiga.
Steady progression IMO. Would have liked to see an increase in his goal totals but seeing the assists go up may mean he has improved his playmaking too.
Edit: I think he had a good playoffs too IIRC. There's a E2 thread in the farm forum that tracked his year pretty well.

He's a late round long shot to be sure, but were he able to carve out a David Moss-like NHL career wouldn't that be something?
(And yes, I realize they were different styles of players).

Good shot. Good net front presence. Needs to work on his skating and stick handling.

It's been steady, they were probably worried about it plateuing like Rafikov. Want to get him here so they can work on him hands on

His stats really haven't improved much when you normalize for games played.

I think he's another Tkachuk type player. Big in big games and we need the sandpaper and skill on this team.
His GAF meter is high too so I happy to hear this. Under Peters his ascension will be off the charts ....so much potential.
