I also tend to join all of the raids I'm invited to, assuming I actually notice the invite. Although sometimes I leave when it looks like there aren't enough people to stand a chance.

Likewise! Thanks to you guys for the random invitations. I went from raiding daily at lunchtime downtown to nothing for months at home in the burbs. With remote raids, I can at least get a few in each week. I also appreciate all the gifts and will try to reciprocate whenever I can. I'm glad they bumped the freebie gifts up each day because some days I can't even spin a stop.

What does everyone use their coins on in the store? Incubators? Lucky eggs? Other? I don't really know what gives me best bang for my buck. I'm level 30 right now and pretty much use this to have a good excuse to get out at lunch time.

I'd say prioritize raid passes and lucky eggs at level 30. The ultra box in the shop for 1480 has 16 raid passes and 4 lucky eggs, as well as some incubators. You can buy one a month with just gym coins.
I'd say avoid buying incubators, they're usually just a disappointment.
Incense is good too, especially with the 30 second spawns due to covid. You'll just run out of balls fast so you have to go hit some Pokestops.

I also get a lot of bag and box expansions.
Having 2000+ bag storage and pokemon storage is helpful during the pandemic.
Apparently if you get to level 40 before December 31, you get a legacy medal.
I'm at about 39.3. Not sure if I can get to 40 before the end of the year.
"Anyone who hits Level 40 before the end of the year will get some special stuff, including an exclusive Gyarados hat for their avatar and a “Legacy 40” medal. New Pokémon: A new generation of Pokémon — those from the “Kalos” region originally featured in Pokémon X and Y — will start appearing on December 2nd."

I've spent most of my money on item storage, some on pokemon storage but lately I've been buying a lot of remote raid passes. I can't really do many raids unless I'm somewhere else but with people inviting me to raids, I can actually do some.

Does anyone have friends/family overseas who play and are interested in adding friends to share remote invites for lake trio?
I had thought they might rotate this time

It's over now, but the increased trade distance was really great for finding a Mr. Mime and Khangaskhan.
The childhood dream of having a completed Kanto pokedex is within reach.
I hope they bring the trade distance back.

You can give custom labels to your Pokémon, essentially.

I must apologize for earlier today, I invited you to a raid, then I had to jump out, and you probably wasted a remote raid pass.
Sorry about that.

It happens. I think there was 3 of us in there, wasn't close. About half an hour later I got another invite and beat him so it all worked out.
We all know you can't win them all and I appreciate you inviting me more than anything.
