I would think that deluxe would the the same as loaded or house special. Any pizza that has 8+ toppings on it?
I'm trying to remember where the pizza place was years ago where I used to order. They used to have a Hawaiian with "lava sauce" it was a smoking hot pizza sauce but the caramelized pineapple set it off nicely, it was like sweet suicide wings. I'm thinking it might have been when I lived in the NE?

I know i am in the minority but i consider olives the most disgusting food on the planet.
You bring me a pizza with black things (green are even worse) on it, and i aint touchin that thing.
Oh and spinach. Pizza is not for leaves.
I often make my own, and one combo i discovered that was just delicious is instead of a tomato base sauce, i use donair sauce (lightly), and top it with hot banana peppers, chicken and feta cheese. Just a really nice combo of different flavors.

Also not a fan of olives at all, but a few black olives on a pizza is one of the few times I will go ahead and eat them.
Not terrible.

I find they are just to overpowering. I used to despise olives, then I went to Spain and Italy and had real olives. Those are great. But anything they are putting on pizza? That's gonna be the lowest grade olive you can get. I'll be voting against any olive containing pie.

That is how I am with pineapple. I like it on it's own, but I find it overwhelms everything when put on pizza.
I generally don't like mixing sweet and salty flavors on anything. The same reason I don't like berries in salads or cranberry sauce on turkey. Or you know, ketchup on ice cream or gummy bears on salmon.

Pepperoni, Mushroom, and Green Pepper for me (the Montreal all dressed). This is the simplest topping combination that gets you all the good pizza flavours of spicy, salty, savoury, and sweet. You can expand on this with additional meats or types of pepper but the basic form is so good.

I completely agree with you on olives but spinach is a highly underrated pizza topping. Its shape allows easy layering on top of meats, it handles heat better than most greens, and it adds a nice bitterness to contrast the saltiness.

I don't think I really have a fav. Really depends on the mood. Sometimes a big greast Donair pizza is exactly what the doctor ordered, sometimes a nice refreshing sweet and savoury Hawaiin hits the spot.

Alright so I've decided on a list and I'll make the poll tomorrow. The pies that didnt make the cut were:
1) Pizza pops - not really a pizza, closer to a calzone
2) Greek/Greek with chicken - they will be combined into 1 submission.
3) Bare - this was tough as most of the others are also valid options, but for the sake of this poll a pizza has to have dough, sauce and cheese at a minimum.

That pie is straight up great.

What is "greek with meat or no meat"? Greek is a style, unless you're referring to the "greek" option that a lot of places have with spinach and feta, which you already have as an option.

Why is it only Famoso neapolitan? What about a neapolitan style pizza from any other place? I think the Famoso version might be the worst neapolitan style pizza out there. Further to that, why is neapolitan the only "style" of pizza we have on here, but the rest are all based on toppings?

We had 2 submissions, one was just straight greek and the other was greek with chicken. Usually greek also has olives so that keeps it slightly different from a spinach and feta.
Edit: as for neapolitan I thought it was a type of topping that I hadn't heard of, so it's actually just a crust style? If so, I'll bring back the bare pizza. I wasn't aiming for crust types, that's my bad.

Right now you have 3 variables in this list (pizza style, source, and topping combos) somewhat randomly organized. You may want to standardize that before you start the poll. This is important stuff we're talking about here.
