Updated the list. May 5th 6:00 pm

Will be posting the remaining sets publicly on Monday, so let me know by then if anything catches your eye. Thanks.

This is all I have left, it's been madness on the FB marketplace, people literally offering well over asking when it's already been pending for another buyer.

9496 Desert Skiff $65
9493 X-wing Starfighter $225

I finished my most recent build today, the Tantive IV. That completes what I call my "Reference Collection" of ships, with the Tantive IV, the Devastator and the Executor.

Spoiler!

Anyone tried to order anything online recently? We've been trying to buy a gift card for a week and the website is not accepting our credit cards. Have tried several different ones, all with the same result.

Mine work just fine. Do you have any ad blockers running?

Unfortunately for my bank account, it's been working just fine for me as well.

We've tried on three different computers with the same result. Ad blockers on some, not on others. And we were able to successfully order in the past including a few weeks ago.

Gave up calling their customer service line after being on hold for several hours and just e-transferred money to my sister and she will buy something - whenever stores reopen and they are allowed to leave their neighborhood.

i had a little time yesterday so i decided to try making a shirt. i can easily do 1-coloured vinyl stuff, so i thought i'd try multi-colour and see how it holds up over time (the vinyl isn't really made for multiple layers, so i figured i'd try on a shirt for myself).

i think it looks awesome (and for you young folk... just google 1980s space lego)

That is awesome. If it works out and you decide to sell some I would love to have one.

I'd probably order a couple at least too, that would also make a cool gift.

This will go well with my GT3 RS and Chiron. It will not go well with my wife, though.

So is the Lego store in Chinook open? Is it okay to go or is going the online route a bit more socially acceptable these days?

so my wife found a HUUUGE lego score this week. she saw a post on facebook marketplace of a lady selling a couple tubs of lego. the ad did say that this is not being sold as sets... just as 'free build'. the price was good, so she jumped on it.

we cracked open the first tub and i said to her... do you realize what sets are in here - all fairly current (in the last couple years) not to mention some sets that just came out a few months ago. we looked in the second tub and there was a container inside that had tons of instructions books - i was in heaven.

nothing was assembled so i just started going thru it quick looking for some larger (easy to spot pieces) and noticed stuff missing (again... not sold as sets, just a free build stuff, so whatever). i asked my wife to message the lady and ask if maybe she comes across anymore to let us know (the lady is in the process of moving... so you never know, she might find more). she replied right away to my wife that she actually had a third tub for sale. we got that tub the next day!

we went thru all 3 tubs and have stuff sorted into colours right now. as we found 'easy to identify' pieces we hit google. at this point we've identified 35 sets!! and some of them are HUGE sets (like the new deep space rocket & launch control... https://www.toysrus.ca/en/search?q=l...on=&lang=en_CA )
others are smaller, but most would be in the $50-$90 range with several well over $100 each!

even if we have to order in missing pieces to complete some sets, it's still a smoking deal!

Wow, LEGO is going all in on the new Super Mario theme. This looks like 16 different sets now.
