Default Returned. Connelly 4 person tube

Our tube broke while I was out on the lake and my wife went and got a new one
Thinking we could return the 2 day old tube that broke

We didn’t know that Canadian tire only does exchanges on inflatables so now we have 2. Selling this one brand new unopened in the box with receipt for the 1 year warranty purchased Invermere BC but we’ll be back in Calgary July 9th

That’s the sale price I bought it for. I bought it in bc for $359+ 12% tax. If someone in AB wants to buy it I’d eat the extra 7% tax on the purchase

After reading the Canadian tire return policy I don’t see anywhere where inflatables are exchange only so maybe it’s just the policy in Invermere because it’s a lake store. I’ll see what Calgary store says

Calgary stores would only exchange our airbed that didn't inflate either.

Thats the problem with Franchisee owned stores. They all set their own ridiculous policies and difficulties in returns.

FWIW Beacon Hills in NW has been the best CT to deal with. Westhills CT (near me) are a bunch of Nazi's about returns, but I find the Beacon store to be quite pleasant. For example, Westhills accepts no return or exchange on any live plant, no exceptions. Beacon Hill just wants you to be satisfied, so will gladly take them back.

That said, I rarely shop at CT since they're 100x worse to deal with than Amazon and Home Depot. CT has turned into a dollar store.

I had that exact same thought recently. I went to the CT in Marlborough, and there is a sea of bins full of dollar store crap. It literally is a warehouse sized chinese crap store. The only thing I buy there anymore is motor oil and filters. And the odd crappy trinket my daughter suckers me into getting her out of those ridiculous bins, like a magnifying glass or a pinwheel.

Even the air in the store just smells like cheap plastic crap that was stuffed in a sea can for a month.
