Vegas trades Methot to Dallas for 2020 2nd and Dylan Ferguson

They say Methot was a big help to Karlsson as far as letting him play his offensive game.
Maybe he does the same thing for Klingberg.

Dallas shaping up nicely. Two biggest needs were goaltending and D, then they add Bishop and Methot. Not bad

What is Vegas doing? Methot was one of their best d-men and they game him away for barely anything. I guess they don't care about icing a team this year

I hated his expansion draft, i hate his approach now with the best blueline chip he got from the expansion draft.
If this is the price we better start asking about shinkaruk and a 4th for Neal or something.

Treliving should've been on Methot instead or wait out Snow a bit. Maybe the price would've dropped a bit. This trade makes Hamonic look like an overpayment.

rumour was that all the Canadian teams were on Methots no-trade list.

Methot is decent for what he does but let's calm down about comparing him to Hamonic. Let's see how Methot does away from the best Dman in the league.

McPhee running the Knights like a poster on HFboards would. Acquire draft picks at any cost, to hell with the return, just get more picks! They more valuable than anything!
I find it disappointing, I really wanted to follow Vegas fairly closely but the way the roster is shaping up, not sure I'll bother.
