He’s on pace for 12 goals. Sure he’s not living up to his contract but the calls to scratch the guy and saying he’s Brouwer are embarrassing.

The guy’s on our third line, it’s tough to score playing where he is. Look at all the excuses we made for Bennett the last few years. Same excuses could apply here. He’s playing with third liners. He hasn’t really gotten a chance in the top 6 outside of those two games. The goals will come. He’s streaky. Have a little patience.

The story of this game has pretty much just been Vegas playing aggressive defense, stepping up to make hits, taking away time, blocking lanes and staying disciplined. The Flames haven't had the spark to get overcome it this game and when they have had chances Fleury has been rock solid.
