I wondered if he perhaps gave the players free rein in the Pittsburgh game. Let them do things their way and fail spectacularly, then use that to get buyin for doing things differently

As bad as their season is looking at this time, I won't be counting them out. Even if they held the 16th spot for the playoffs, that's all they need with the talent they have.
