I think you're being kind to the Eskinos.

It's hilarious that the Stamps are 2nd in the West despite so many things going against them this season with injuries and new players.

Wow, BC is in big trouble. Devon has been steadily getting exposed as being completely lost when it comes to game planning.

Really tacky penalty against the Riders there, but, I don't mind bad things happening to them

I wonder how bad Reilly regrets leaving Edmonton? Feel bad for Claybrooks. He’s gonna get turfed before labour day.

Not only that but they should be 4-1 if it wasn't for that inexcusable loss to Ottawa in week one

And they easily should have beaten Hamilton last week; ironically the only game they should have lost is the BC game they wound up winning

He wasn't talking about the bombers window slamming shut he was referring to a rare window where every other team in the West is in some sort of down turn making the path for the bombers potentially easier than it normally would be.

I don't think he's anywhere near ready to be a head coach, and it didn't help that he picked a bunch of buddies as his assistants.
This BC team is going to go toxic in a hurry.

Pretty much a must win next week (versus Sask) if they want to be relevant this season (after that, they play Hamilton, Winnipeg, Hamilton)... otherwise could be 1-9 before Labour Day. Woof.

I wonder how much rope he's going to get. I haven't read up on the operations cap but when you fire coaches you still have to pay out their contracts and does this show up on the cap as dead money? I don't see him getting fired during the season as if they lose to the Riders this weekend looking at their upcoming schedule it's doubtful any new coach will be able to turn their fortunes.

That's a good question, because it effects the assistant coaches, usually its easy to make changes by canning assistants, if they become dead space changes are tough.
Clay is a good guy, you can just see he's not a good head coach, half the time I don't get what they're trying to do.

Apparently the BC O-line is the most expensive in the league. Was listening to 1290 this morning and they had Dunk on, who made the claim. So much for the theory that MR was so expensive they had no cash for the line. That's really bad coaching and execution.

I was actually wondering the other day how much they paid Claybrooks, and whether that left them with fewer options under the cap for assistant coaches (hence newbies like Tate and Lewis).
Bryan Chiu is the O-Line coach so they have some experience there, but it sure hasn't come together yet.
