Albies with an epic TOOTBLAN. Glad he was a cool guy and got Bo out of another error.
Schedule hasn't been easy and the Jays have had a ton of injuries. I'm very happy with 14-12 thus far.
Offense seems to be coming to life. Springer, Bichette, Vlad, Teo is a murderers row of batters. If Semien, Grichuk and Lourdes can chip in on the back of the order we'll be in a good spot come June.

Montoyo is definitely stretching the truth on that one.

I don't think Springer is 100% but I also don't think he was pulled for a serious issue. He stayed on the bench and was mucking it up with the guys. I bet he's back I the line up tomorrow.

Oh, I am right there with you. After not having a MLB game on Xbox since early 2000’s all-star baseball this is completely relevant.
Great win today. I don’t know if the Jays have enough duct tape to keep going much longer but this is fun.

Jays are now tied with Boston in the loss column, and they have a better run differential.
Also, the Jays and Yankees are the only teams in the AL that have given up under 100 runs. Considering all the injuries to the staff, that's pretty amazing.
Very tough week ahead though.

Kirk out for six-ish weeks. Let's hope Jansen is figuring it out at the plate.

Hip flexor too. I'm not doctor but his weight has to be a contributor to that. I really like the guy, and perhaps it's his size that comes with it, but he has to lay off that extra grub if he wants any career longevity.

I agree. From what I heard, I forget if I read or saw it on a Jays game, the Jays have talked to Kirk about his weight and he has in fact lost some weight in the off-season, but there is clearly more work to be done.

Yeah, man, for any of these guys it should be so much easier for them when they have team chefs. Get those guys on keto or some other low carb diet and stick to it. I wish I had that luxury.

Hernandez to LF
Gurriel to DH
Biggio to RF
Panik to 3B?
Come on Montoyo. Espinal has a way better glove and has been better at the plate too so far.

Tough play but Biggio should make that catch. That's the 3rd 2 strike hit for the A's so far.

Nice double by Teoscar to tie it up.
Love seeing guys go after the first pitch if it's down the middle. Might be the best pitch you see the entire at bat.

Oh man Semien just missed a 3 run shot. That would have been nice.
