Watching Farky get roasted was worth the watch alone.

I am cautiously optimistic...
its a decent deal for everyone; i think most Councillors even acknowledged this, with the biggest reservation being not having sufficient time to review or the current economy not being ideal...
but you cannot allow perfect to become the enemy of good, otherwise nothing would ever get done
