It's a lengthy full hour sit down interview with people who have made it in whatever field they have chosen. They discuss all the ups and downs and how they got to where they are now. There is a ton of different celebrities that have appeared on the show. From younger people like Justin Timberlake to people like Maya Angelou and Morgan Freeman. It is rare to get such personal takes from people about life.

I give her props for building an empire but my goodness she makes Donald Trump look like a humble man in comparison.
