Not really shocking, I can't imagine there are too many coaches who command less respect in the locker room than Tomlin. There's a difference between being a players coach and letting the players walk all over you. Gotta think the Steelers finally fire him this year.

yup. Way too much drama for years now and it's obvious that the room is broken. Both Tomlin and Butler should be gone at some point, and take Joey Porter with them while they are at it.
#### will REALLY hit the fan if Fitz carves them up on Monday.

That's what they should do. Move ETIII too. Keep Wagner and the punter. Wilson will be unhappy when he doesn't get the Rogers-like money he probably thinks he's worth.

I don't agree with this. Wilson is the only player that keeps the team respectable and there's no guarantee in the next decade they find a better QB. He's only 29 which means he has 6-7 very productive years left in him and it shouldn't take them that long to rebuild seeing they are starting this season anyway. They will probably pick top 10 this season and get a good player in the 1st and 2nd round. I am beginning to wonder about their personnel choices as reaching for Penny (considered a 2nd or 3rd round pick) in the first round was kind of dumb given the needs the had on the roster as RB in the first round is more of a luxury pick and not the type of pick a team full of holes makes.

Not to mention what team out there is only a quarterback away and can afford that price? Jacksonville? If they still don't believe in Bortles? Not to mention their defense is a result of drafting well and using their first round picks to success... can't see anyone really on board at that price

Yeah probably. Chicago is too. Not sure whether Watson is going to be okay for the Texans, so there's a possibility. The Giants, possibly?
Then you have the teams that are okay for now but would do a lot to set themselves up for the next 5+ seasons.

You have to remember that while three first round picks seems rich, if you're adding an elite QB, you're probably going to be trading picks in the 20-32 area, not top 10 picks. And you're not mortgaging draft capital on a rookie, it's on a proven, elite QB. There are a lot of teams in the grey area (Bengals, Broncos, Dolphins, Bucs, Titans, Jags, Raiders, even the Chargers given Rivers age) that would love to have Wilson over their current QB, especially since salary wise there isn't much of a difference. And that doesn't factor teams like the Jets, Bills, Browns, Giants, Bears and Cardinals who, while they have a young QB (save the Giants), would easily mortgage those QBs for Wilson right now given the NFL is a win now business and those QBs could all end up being busts. Teams will trade two first rounders for an unknown thing at the draft (and certainly the rookie scale matters), but we're talking a sure thing here. If he was put on the market, I would imagine the bidding war gets things pretty high.

Chicago can't afford it though. Giants I guess are up there, Texans won't give up yet

Belichick says that the Josh Gordon trade hasn't been finalized, even though it's on the league's transaction wire. "I'm not going to talk about players that are not actually on our roster, totally...There are terms that have to be met before the trade is finalized."

The Giants offensive line is worse than Seattle's.

I actually think there's a decent chance Maroon 5 get booed off the field given that actual ATL artists were stepped over for the garbage that is Maroon 5.
