Just read an article/obituary on her. She had quite the life. And it's nice to read about a former child star (possibly the biggest) who didn't become a drunken wreck.

One of those people who I though was dead years ago (I did look her up only a few weeks ago to see that she was still alive). She had an incredible life even without the child star thing.

In the south her earlier movies were edited so she wasn't seen holding hands with a black man. Amazing how things change in a lifetime

You know I haven't had a Shirley Temple since I was a kid but I remember liking them. She was a big deal in her time and a very cute child.
