I think withthe game being in LA you should be safe. But if you're concerned and you're winning a big amount, you should be able to hedge SF at +200.
AND LA could lose the game but still win the division. Only if both SF and ARI win does LA lose the division. So you'd win both!

Given the number of coaches the Browns have been thru...I think they hold onto a guy who's won like 18 games over two years...I mean they kept Hugh after 1 win in 32 games...
I wonder if Stefanski might have been trying to prove to some in the organization why they should hesitate to hand over 30 million a year to Mayfield. This is basically a league where the guys who have won Superbowls are Tom Brady, Russell Wilson, Aaron Rogers, Nick Foles, Joe Flacco, and Patrick Mahomes as far as active guys if the Steelers and Ben don't make the playoffs. The guys not named Brady...all did so when they were a lot cheaper than what they currently cost. So the how much should you pay a QB who's not named Brady after a rookie contract and be able to win seems to be something the league can't really figure out.

That's actually a good idea.
I'll hedge it with Arizona winning division at +265
Hopefully the Rams can pull it off at home. Stafford hasn't been playing well for a few games now.

Hopefully Baker doesn't use the same surgeon that repaired Bo's shoulder.

Was the 18th week really about more meaningful games? I mean it kinda did add more meaningful games when you consider a preseason game was sacrificed for it. But adding the 7th seed was far more about more meaningful games. I mean look at the Steelers, they suck complete ass, but have a meaningful game left because there's a 7 seed, with 6 they'd be dead already.

Lots of games matter, what is he talking about? Saints can still get in. And the whole NFC West is up in the air.

On the Antonio Brown is crazy front, the Bucs still haven't released him. My guess is they are assuming the Rams will sign him so they are looking for ways to avoid that, but yeah I did forget about the Rams possibly signing him.

Brady lobbying to keep?
What’s the chance Brown didn’t know there was another week of football this year?

Sounds like The Bucs were trying to force Brown to re-enter the game on an injured ankle and he refused, which is what triggered the whole situation .
I don’t like Brown but I would be shocked if his side of the story wasn’t true. NFL teams don’t care about player safety and coaches don’t like being told “No”

He's claiming Monday he got an MRI showing serious injury to his ankle requiring surgery. It's also why he's claiming he walked off as he says the team was covering up his injury. He's due for surgery from it if he's being honest so seems like either way his season is done.

Here is the whole statement. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle of each sides story.

I dunno. Arians seems like exactly the kind of dickbag, old school coach who doesn't give a #### about his players.

Ha ha ha. Good on Arians and Brady. That's what you get for dealing with the devil. They deserve all the drama this is going to bring. I have to imagine this is the end of AB's NFL career as even if there's truth to this (as said above I would not be shocked if there was), no team will risk bringing him in their locker room.

So he was mad that they wanted him to go into the game despite his injury, but then he was also mad that he didn't get enough targets? Dude is just contradicting himself all the time. Arians and the Bucs deserve the drama for giving him a chance in the first place, but I really wouldn't believe anything the guy says.
https://twitter.com/user/status/1479143821371973643
by the way, they've finally released him now.

Probably truth to both parts.
Team convinced Brown to take the painkiller to play in the game, say that they needed him, lots of targets, etc.
Brown then got pissed off about not getting targets did what Brown does and was pissed about it.
Brown probably actually hurt gets told to go back in the game, he says no because of his injury (and because he's pissed off because of targets), and Arians gets pissed off thinking it has nothing to do with the injury and it's just about targets.
In the end nobody should feel sorry for anybody involved.

To quote McNulty from the Wire "You play in dirt, you get dirty". The irony of the crying about targets is he was locked in as the #2 guy for a playoff run that, had he kept his head, he might have gotten one more decent contract (like a 3 year, $20 million deal or something). Instead he went AB.
