I hope the Cavs win tonight. It’d be nice to see them make the playoffs without Lebron

Hawks going to the playoffs. Injuries ended up screwing the Cavs over in the end. Trae with 37 after stinking it up in the first half. You gotta respect it

I find the NBA infuriating to watch with regards to officiating, and I strongly feel that this series will be managed with calls that can only be explained as influencing the outcome. Yet I'm still really excited to at least give it a try. Can't wait.

Part of me thinks if the Raps can win tonight they will sweep the Sixers. That's mostly driven by my belief that the Sixers are mentally fragile, so win tonight, put them under immense pressure, which will only be amplified by their fans going at them, and they will fold. But I'll err on the side of caution and say Raps in 6, Philly has the slightly better team overall, the Raps have the significant edge in coaching, and that makes the difference.

Raps in 4 or 5 might cause Shannon Sharpe’s heart to explode on live television.

First big question of the series, will this game ever start?

Definitely some early jitters for the Raps here. It’s a long game but Siakam looks a bit mentally fragile settling for bad outside shots. Cliche, but gotta settle in and get those jitters out.

Barnes looks fantastic early. Hopefully we can settle in here and start being disruptive defensively

Barnes looked comfortable right from the beginning. Todays game seems purely a mental game and the Sixers at this moment are in the Raps head. I guess Nurse wants to let them run and hope it works but there’s been times I wish he called a timeout.

Embiid is planning to injure the whole team one face at a time. First half isn’t over and he’s crushed two faces.

Embiid with a dirty play if you ask me. Not fully intentional but definitely negligent. I hope someone injured him the same way. Idiot.

Stuck with the ESPN feed. You'd think the Raps were losing by 25+ from how their commentators are calling the game.

The bogus reffing is out in full force already.

The reffing hasn’t been great but not terrible. Raps are settling for some dumb shots. Nurse has to call more timeouts instead of letting them get out of hand on the run and guns where they’re missing shot after shot. Nobody to blame but themselves so far IMO.

Agreed, reffing has been fine, I just got annoyed at the Trent foul. Biggest thing is that we are losing the rebounding battle pretty bad and also losing the turnover battle. It will be a short series if that continues.

No doubt it was mind numbingly bad of a call. But the nervous feel of the Raps is almost pathetic. It’s ultimately on the players but management has to do their part and call timeouts when needed. Letting themselves figure it out is regular season ####.

This is the benefit of starting on the road, get a couple of games under you and see where you're at coming home. They don't need to win this game, but hopefully they can make it interesting in the second half.

I don’t see it as a flagrant on Scotty. But I do like the attitude. Should drive the others to get that killer instinct. Siakam is who I’m pointing my finger at.
