Oh and hey Bray, come on back, we'll give you carte blanche..
He did have this on his Twitter handle yesterday that had people talking. Some people think maybe these teasers that have been coming up aren't necessarily for Edge and maybe they're really for him or they'll come back together to feud with Judgement Day.

You know… that might be the only way to salvage that judgment day weird turn on Edge.
Sounds like there was a blowup between Tony Kahn and Jonathon Gresham, before the ROH title match where he lost to Claudio and Gresham has asked for his release from the company.

It was over his character direction among other things. I think AEW is suffering some communications issues, as booking concerns are supposed be going through the coaches (e.g. Lynn, QT) and then elevated to Tony Khan if serious enough. Apparently Gresham didn't get to speak to Khan until only hours before the event.
It also appears Gresham is stepping away from wrestling. At least for now. That indicates something possibly more deep-rooted than frustration with a single promoter.
I think with the consolidation and direction shift of ROH and without a TV deal (as of yet), there's bound to be some churn.
Yeah my interest in the watching WWE again has just increased. If HHH runs the company like he did NXT (promoting good matches and feuds and not holding back talent), I'm back in.
-- In the meeting, Triple H (who also is the new EVP of Talent Relations) promised greater transparency when it comes to creative, something that was said to be severely lacking under Vince McMahon's leadership. HHH emphasized that he wants an "open line of communication" between him and the wrestlers, something that was nearly non-existent with Vince as some wrestlers waited hours and hours to speak to him if they were lucky to even get that face-to-face time. Triple H also stressed that he wants work to be fun.
Yeah Summerslam is pretty much a throwaway at this point.
Will be interesting to see what happens and how much things change after that.
I remember when WCW fired Russo and they literally announced that they didn't know what was happening at the PPV that weekend, but to tune into Nitro's season premiere on Monday.
WCW was such a great source of comedy at the end.
I would expect that HHH is realizing that the WWE upper card is empty outside of Reigns and Lesnar. They talked about bringing back Goldberg but he can't work anymore. (He's surprisingly worse then he was at his height). Cena is off making movies, the Rock is done.
HHH has to find a way to build stars, period. Or bring in Stars.
If HHH was smart, he'd be on the phone with MJF, pushing him to demand his release from AEW. I know its tampering and stuff.
He should probably bring back Wyatt if he can as well. Then take the old NXT guys and do an invasion.
But the WWE has a pretty decent under card, but man they don't have top players.
The Woman's division is worse, and sadly confused.

At least one wrestler who ended up going to AEW suggested that the reason they left WWE was due to not having any confidence in their creative future and in hindsight, if they were assured of moving up to a roster led by Triple H, they would have probably re-signed with WWE instead of jumping over to AEW.
I'm going with Kyle O'Reilly. He was poised for a big singles run, then NXT 2.0 started and he was cast aside in favor of new faces, and he took the L to a very green Von Wagner. Adam Cole went to AEW to be with his closest buds and his partner, Britt Baker.
