Fiber One original and All Bran original cereals are good options. Neither are the greatest tasting cereal, but absoluely packed with fiber. I would only have them every second day, as having them daily is a little too much I believe each 1/2 cup has around 15grams of fiber.

Been buying high fiber bread the last month or so and having 2 slices for breakfast. Cant recall the specific brand or bakery, but get it from safeways. Says fiber in big letters- 22 grams of carbs (8 from fiber), 5 grams of protein per slice.

Quest bars are the most popular protein bar on the market right now, as they claim to have 17g of fiber per bar- and taste pretty darn good. There is a lot of talk on the web though, and even a pending lawsuit against quest, that the nitrition info listed on their bars is not accurate. Even if the 17g of fiber is accurate, who knows where the fiber is coming from, the quality of it. In my opinion, you can tell fairly quickly when you have consumed 20g of quality fiber- digestion is much improved for the day etc. you don't get that feeling at all with quest bars. Might be wrong, just sort of the gut feeing I get from them (pun intended).

I can honestly say I have never once thought about fiber consumption.

Costco has been selling brand of bread and buns called "Daves killer Bread"
Whole grain and seedy, the buns have 3g of Fibre, 4g of protein and 10g of whole grain. Also tasty!

I eat a lot of fruit and veggies every day, so I assume my fiber intake is fine. Haven't really put much thought into it.

Purchased a bottle today at Shoppers. Not the cheapest way, but may be one of the easiest for that amount of fibre.

No worries. You may not want to do something like this though:

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=127986653

So I was hungry and happened to see a jar of fiber gummy bears. I was only gonna indulge in like one or two gummies but they tasted so good, and one thing led to another and before I knew it half the jar was gone. I check the recommended dosage and it says take no mare than two gummy bears a day for healthy fiber intake, and keep out of reach of children. Well what should I do? Is it necessary to stick my fingers down my throat and throw it up? What should I do expect? I'm pretty anxious right now.

^ Yeah, I took 4 gummies (two at a time, maybe 2 hours apart) and now I'm super bloated.

Next time I'll space them out.

Two slices of Squirrelly Bread gives you 38 per cent of daily value for fibre. That's a good start and toasted with a bit of peanut butter and/or honey it's quite edible.

most of the silver hills brands have quite a high amount of fibre in it. Pears (but with the skin anyways) have 6grams of fibre,

quinoa, and brown rice,

generally i find that, if you can hit half your fibre all at once at breakfast, the rest is easy to get throughout the day.

fibre 1 cereal sprinkled with all bran buds is like a super fibre breakfast cereal.

Lentils are good in soup, other beans, nuts, peas, berries, apples, tortilla chips, veggies. Yeah I'm not too big on cereal really, so those are my alternatives

Vegetables, oatmeal and whole grains.

Remember consuming those offer more benefits than just fibre.
