You mentioned Fibre 1 granola bars which are excellent (but have a lot of sugar). I also really like the Fibre 1 cereal (Honey Clusters). Tastes great too, with 10 grams per bowl.

I eat a lot of sugar anyways so might as well get my Fiber as well! And they taste pretty good.

Apples and oranges are both high in soluble fiber. Soluble fiber breaks down and binds to water, making, well, a poo sludge that moves slowly through you, giving your body time to absorb the vitamin and mineral goodies.
Things like bran, brown rice, the majority of veggies, and whole wheat bread are high in insoluble fiber. Insoluble fiber does not break down, and is what pushes the food through you, like a broom.
You need both kinds of fiber.

That stuff's actually pretty good. It's what I have sometimes, too.

Psyllium husk.
Tastes gross, but Mix up a spoonful with water and chase it with a full glass water.

I know it's kind of an old person stereotype but have you thought of metamucil?
Not that tasty but it's quick.

My daily breakfast - smoothie with banana, orange, kale, fruit juice and frozen berries. Granola and almond milk. Whole grain toast and peanut butter.
Loose as a goose.
