The North division sucks.

I’m going to be very disappointed if the Flames can’t finish on top of this garbage heap.

I don't see any reason based on each team's play so far why they shouldn't be able to place top 2, definitely top 3.

Yeah that Dubois situation sucks for Columbus. He’s totally tanking his value with his selfish behaviour. That franchise can’t catch a break after some very solid hockey the last few seasons.

It is hard to put too much of this debacle on Demko. This might be tbe worst defensive performance I have ever seen from a hockey team. And that is saying a lot with all the Oilers games I have watched.

They pretty good yeah. I think we started really seeing it in the summer.

They don't have crazy top end, but they've managed to basically fill out their roster with quality middle six forwards with Anderson and Toffoli also joining the fold. Add some good pieces at D, Weber doing what Weber does, and Price playing pretty close to his usual self and they have something there.

Julien is a good coach. It took a little while, but I think he's starting to gain traction with that young group.

Probably best D top to bottom with how solid the new bottom pairing looks. And a goalie in the same tier as Price and Hellebyuck.

Can mean good things, as long as the top forwards perform. That's still TBD longer term. Nice start for them though.
