I want to say its Glenn for his outburst but I can see it being Daryl. He looked pretty ***** in the lineup . Does Negan pull a mercy(in his books) kill for the group. Abe is another one I thought would get the beating, when he puffed up and almost volunteered for it.
Everyone is losing it over the cliffhanger, but I think it sets up season 7 perfectly. They need a big bang to kick off the season and revealing whoever Negan killed would be the perfect start. Also with all these new groups coming into play, it will add another dimension to the show. It was getting a bit stale of just having the Grimes gang vs another bad group.

It feels weird going into a season break after binging the first five seasons before season six started. I'm not too keen on next season after this finale, but I can't put my finger on exactly why.

I am thinking Abe, clearly a poop disturber.
Or Eugene, this might be a chance for him to sacrifice himself after messing the RV driving.
How far did he get down the road?

I think we are finally going to see what Jesus meant when he said "your world is going to get a lot bigger".
I think the Horsemen will prove to be a positive meeting for Rick's group.

Yeah that's what I took from the horsemen. I'm hoping Morgan will finally have a bigger voice in the group now, they really missed the mark with his character in S6.
Eugene is a good point, I forgot about him. He looked roughed up already too.
This is going to be a long summer, I wonder how they'll produce the ComicCon Trailer. They can't really show any of the main cast outside of Rick/Carl.

They haven't shown Jesus in a few weeks... where is he now anyways? Stayed back at Alexandria?

I assume he's back at the hilltop. Possibly waiting retaliation from Negans group?

I don't understand why they went to all of the trouble of herding them to their camp when they could have just made them surrender and taken them there, plus making that huge bon fire? I guess maybe they ar bored though?
My guess is Eugene or the guy originally from Alexandria gets it.

It is all about power and penis swinging.

I think we're going to have to deal with a departure from our regularly scheduled programming. I get the impression that Negan is a bit of a Dark Humour Drama Queen with a flair for the theatrical.
Why did they do all that? For the fun of it.
Its also a Reckoning for Rick and his group. They got carried away and they got cocky and now they're being cut back down to size.

Be interesting to see how they promote season 7, as anyone you show in a trailer or ad or poster obviously survived.

Yeah total show of power. He wants Rick to submit, not die. So Negan shows him how powerful and ruthless he really is. Control Rick and you control the whole settlement. They're not looking to pillage Alexandria. They want to conquer it. Control more territory. People are resources as well. Killing Rick would likely cause an uprising.
Negan seems like a pretty smart dude for trying to employ Rick, if you ask me.

But we know that a fair number survived.
Rick, Carl, Carol, Morgan for sure.
It will make for a long summer. I really enjoyed season 6, thought it was well done.
Except the defence for Alexandria. That was piss poor and unrealistic.

It's based off the source material.
If they end up making Eugene the Lucile victim (hence the goodbye scene), that'll be really weak on the show's part. They've got to off a main name if they want to make an impact.

They'll just have to stick to Rick and Carl who are the only ones I think we can be certain werent killed based on the last few sentences as well as Morgan and Carol.
I'm guessing that Morgan and Carol and the Paintball Warriors are eventually going to save the day, but not before Negan really humiliates and devastates Rick.

Those guys in the armor who found Carol and Morgan looked interesting. Wonder who they are. Seemed like legit good guys?
Some type of organized police/army?
Just another group?

I think his post-apocalyptic Amway Pyramid set up is brilliant.

If we change the poll, we would have to start a brand new thread. I was thinking of doing that anyway; and making the first post very clear about the spoiler rules.
Give me a bit to get that going. If somebody could make a list of all the possible smashees, that would be helpful.

Agreed,
Remember when Rick told Michonne the world is theirs.
Quote:
When they come for us, we'll end it, the whole thing. This won't be like before. We're putting everything in place and these people know what to do now. The world's ours and we know how to take it. Everything we need is right here inside these walls and we're not losing any of it again. I'm not."
|
Negan really crushed that confident Rick last night, you could really see the fear in his eyes that the world he knew is vastly different with Negan in the picture.
Gotta give props to Andy Lincoln too, he really sold it last night.
