I've seen worse this season only get a yellow card (like in soccer). 2 yellows = DQ. But I doubt they will overturn the result.

Leman got dropped by the Alpine development team, got picked up by ski cross, injury in training run caused him to miss Vancouver, fourth in Sochi after getting boxed out by the 'tight-pants' French trio, then sticks with it to win here.
He was persistent, and finally gets his due reward. Awesome job.
