So these new bills were awesome. But is anyone else not impressed with how they hold up after lots of use? They don't go to a faded, slightly crinkly, but still smooth state that the old bills go to.
These new ones go to a very cheap feeling, creasy/crumply state, that makes them look and feel crappy.

The new bills last 2.5 times as long so when old bills would be retired by now the new ones just look bad.

I really like the new plastic Canadian money. The best series design overall of all the polymer currencies that I've used (its only been 2! Vietnamese Dong and Australian Dollar)
Although, there's something awesome about getting a crisp, new $100 USD bill from the currency exchange. The smell, the texture, the green colour...it's all about the Benjamins

I really dislike the new polymer money. It's crap.
I mistakenly left a fiver and some change on my dash all afternoon last summer and the bill melted.

You're completely full of ####e. One, the testing on those has been done at 100c so it's unlikely it's that hot in your car.
Second and more importantly, the polymer "fiver" came out in November. So why don't you lie some more, you lying liar who lies.

I always giggle like a 5 year old when I hear that. Best currency name ever!
Also funny how little it's worth. 1 million dong (hehe) is like 50 bucks.

Might have been a 10. Maybe I made a mistake.
It was a polymer bill.
And before you demand proof, no, I don't have pics so suck it.

I take it that you are partial to the small of cocaine.
http://www.cnn.com/2009/HEALTH/08/14....traces.money/ (90 percent of U.S. bills carry traces of cocaine).

I've heard of the money melting dashboard many times. Why are all these people leaving money on their dashboards? do they hate their windows?

I can't stand them. The bills don't fold well, they stick together, and they slide out of my wallet too easily. I'm constantly giving people $40 when I'm trying to give a $20 bill.
