Let's go Nashville and Pittsburgh! And is it just me or does it feel like San Jose and Vancouver are always playing each other?

This would be a great time for the Preds to get on a roll.

In their next 6 games, they play:

WPG, ARI, SJS, LAK, ANA, and MIN

He sure does. Love that guy. Another year or two and it might be time to being him home as the final piece to a cup run. I get goosebumps thinking of giordano handing the cup to iggy at the dome.

Craig Berube pretty much lost his job today. Flyers were up 2-1 and Marchand scored with 14 seconds left to send the game to OT. Flyers could have been 1 point back of the Bruins. Now 3 back and Boston with games in hand.No way Ed Snider will accept a team with this many good forwards who are under the age of 28.

Go Nashville, Pittsburgh, and San Jose in regulation.

Is it just me or is there something wrong with the audio on the Sportsnet broadcast of the Jets/Predators game. I can barely hear the commentary.

I hope Berube doesnt get canned - that roster has big problems with it and there needs to be a clean out of a couple of past their prime players from it.

I wonder if they will pay us to take lecavalier or umberger from them?

Glencross goal:

Nice to see he's heating up a bit, wouldn't be surprised to see him really help the Caps once Ovie's back.

Can Iggy hit 30 goals for the 13th straight non-lockout year? He basically needs to score once every other game from here on out to get there.

Lecavalier 4.5 cap hit, with 3 more years at that cap hit after this season.
46 gp 7 goals 10 assists, 17 points -9, averaging 12;55 In ice per game

Umberger, 4.6 cap hit, with 2 more years at that cap it after this season.

65 gp, 9 goals 6 assists, 15 points -9 13;55 average ice this season.

Andrew MacDonald 5.0 cap hit, with 4 more years after this (at least)
48 gp, 2 goals, 9 assists, 11 points -6 19:51 in ice per game.

Those contracts will hamstring whatever team has them. They have to get out from under those... we may be in a prime position to take advantage of an impatient owner and falling cap.

2 points for Glencross, and Ovechkin scores #44 - Capitals are up 3-1.

Agreed. Can see them getting bounced in the first round, hope we play them if we make the playoffs.
