Bill Cosby is one of the greatest comedians in history, what he and his staff were able to do with the Cosby Show was remarkable. A truly groundbreaking sitcom that was able to incorporate drama into comedy.
This scene (I believe from the pilot episode) is one of my favourites of all time. Not sure how it slipped my mind when I made my first post:

For some reason I can't find a clip on YouTube but the scene from BSG in season three where the Pegasus warps into battle and sacrifices itself to protect the Galactica.

Sweet scene, camera pulling away from Galactica getting pummeled and then BOOM Pegasus kicking ass (with FAT Lee in command) out of nowhere.
What makes it even sweeter was the awesome Galactica atmosphere jump scene prior to it.
Then theres the Red Wedding, I may get alot of hate for this but man I will never forget how hard my heart was beating during this scene. The shock value and intensity was through the roof! Even for book readers!
Mrs. Carlson (Sylvia Sidney in the series pilot, Carol Bruce afterward) is Arthur Carlson's ruthless, domineering mother and the owner of WKRP. An extremely successful and rich businesswoman, her only regret is that her approach to parenting (the "What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger" school of child-rearing) backfired as her son ended up indecisive, weak-willed and afraid of her. In the final episode of the series, it is revealed that she had always intended WKRP to lose money (for the tax writeoff), which explains why she allows the incompetent employees to continue working at the station. The only one who is regularly able to get the better of her is her sarcastic butler, Hirsch (Ian Wolfe).
Lillian 'Mama' Carlson: [after Andy leaves, Mrs. Carlson tastes her coffee, and is pleasantly surprised] Hirsch, this coffee is delicious! Hirsch - Butler: We have company, Madam. When it's just you and me, I make it a little bit differently.
The shield, second to last episode of season five. Montage of characters with Vic putting Lem on the run. Smashing Pumpkin's "Disarm" as the music accompaniment. Gives me goosebumps every time I watch it.
The Quest stands upon the edge of a knife. Stray but a little, and it will fail, to the ruin of all. Yet hope remains while the Company is true. Go Flames Go!
I can't seem to find the video of this scene from Clone High. I remember being in the basement on the computer while my brother and his friends were watching (what I thought was) some stupid cartoon. I wasn't really paying attention, minding my own business. When this scene happened I fell out of my chair laughing.
It was fantastic:

I cannot find the Youtube clip but Rescue Me when Tommy's son connor gets hit by a drunk driver. The following scenes where his firefighter mode kicks in and deals with the whole situation while the rest of the family is crumbling down around him. Just as they were on a new fresh start (again). Blew my mind and really sold me on the show being one of the best ever made.
I can't find a decent clip of it, but season 3, ep 13 of Sons of Anarchy.
Not the greatest show ever made, but the final minutes was one of the best wrap ups to a season I can remember.
Shame I couldn't find a better and longer clip with the lead up to this scene.

Yeah, that scene still makes me a little uncomfortable. I hated her so much, but the final moments and her vulnerability just make me squirm watching it.
