Default Fox to reboot Predator again?

As much as I love the original (1987), does this franchise really need ANOTHER reboot?

No it sure doesn't. Been done to death now. Especially with all the Alien vs Predator shows that came out.

The first Predator was by far the best. 2nd one wasn't bad but wasn't the same without Arnold.

Predator is still so awesome to this day, but Hollywood has totally run out of ideas, so I expect more and more #######ization of Arnie movies. They already jacked up Total Recall.

Eh, I thought Predators was decent enough. The Aliens vs Predator on the other hand was total garbage. As for this, while I am kind of getting sick of reboots I am not against any of them if they are both good and unique enough to make it worthwhile. Too many reboots these days just try and use the same format the old one used, and then just attempt to make sorry excuses to modernize them (ala Total Recall and much of Robocop).

I'm not against another Predator movie.... as long as it's not a redo of the original movie. If they play it in the 'Predator Universe', aligning it to the first two movies it could be ok, even parallel to Predators in a modern or future setting. But for the love of all things good please do not simply rehash the original script.

Not sure why they can't continue on from where they left off with the Predators movie. Thought it was decent enough.
