more bodies at the net and more hunger to get those rebounds. CGY has one guy there tipping and no one else to get the rebounds. Need to get in there.

He plays the toughest opponents and the team sucked all year. He is very good, if not elite defensively

I liked that period. They're playing confident. Shame they don't have a lead but if they keep it up they'll be 8n a really good position to steal two points today.

Conversely what impact does an OT W or an OT L have on the standings outcome?

I don't think we can really afford an ot win and definitely not an ot loss.

Currently Calgary has a 6.9 percent chance of making the playoffs.

A regulation win increases that to 13.8 percent. An overtime or shootout win increases that from 6.9 to 10.2 percent.

A Montreal regulation win decreases it from 6.9 to 3.2 percent. A Montreal overtime or shootout win decreases it from 6.9 to 4.9 percent.
