It's times like these I wish I still ran the supporters group so I could get a little inside info.

Could you push whoever runs it now to post here? There are quite a few supporters and seasons ticket holders here!

This is good news for Saskatoon and for the league. And for us, of course. Although out of day trip range, it would make a good excuse for an extended weekend away, whether by car or on a cheap seat sale. And a lot of people here have family in Saskatchewan and would time a summer family visit around a match or two.

Good stuff, hopefully they can get another team for that 2023 season to keep the schedule balanced.

Crossing fingers they get that stadium built and the team is a go.
Also, would love to see future franchises in Quebec City, Moncton, and in Kelowna / the Okanagan (could call that one Lake Country United).

I'm simultaneously happy for those guys (seeing them at the games was fun and they seem like good guys), and immediately hate that team because it's the right thing to do.

Could you imagine game days in the Okanagan? Pregame wine tours let's go.

Mo Farsi has been called into the Canadian Olympic squad. He and Yao had been training with the team as injury / COVID replacements.

Norman has looked damn good at CB during this Olympic qualifying tournament. That gets me excited for the upcoming season.

Calgary Foothills' UWS schedule has been announced. First game is May 29 vs St Albert Impact. Home opener is June 5, location TBD.
I have no idea how this will work with cross border travel. Hopefully we can also get out to see these games in person by then, since they only draw a few hundred people anyways, but that might be a pipe dream.
